Chapter Chapter II in Introduction to Complex Hyperbolic Spaces, 1987, pp 31-64 from Springer
Abstract:

The reader interested in Brody’s theorem should skip this chapter at first, and come back to it only as needed to get the extra information that under certain circumstances imbeddings are hyperbolic.
