Abstract: Abstract ABC Inc. is a multinational company with interests in multiple industries ranging from retail to real estate and manufacturing. Figure 2-1 represents ABC Inc. in a graphical map. In the recent past, it has acquired companies to consolidate its position in their focus industry sectors and countries of interest. ABC Inc. aspires to grow, remain competitive, and be successful. Leadership of ABC Inc. recognizes that to grow, remain competitive, and be successful across its business units, they need to remain agile and innovative. Therefore, ABC Inc. desires to empower each employee with information to be able to make quick and informed decisions for maximizing outcomes from their limited resources and be proactive in responding to opportunities in the marketspace by being agile and innovative.
