Chapter Chapter 5 in Adopting Agile Across Borders, 2021, pp 79-96 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Uruguay, like its people, is a country that is calm and self-assured. The people are warm, sincere, open, and seemingly happy. It is one of South America’s most progressive societies (Uruguay was the first country in the world to fully legalize cannabis in 2013). It ranks highly on global measures for personal rights, tolerance, and inclusion, making it a perfect place for Agile to flourish.
