Chapter Chapter 9 in Adopting Agile Across Borders, 2021, pp 169-181 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Colorful jeepneys, vehicles left behind by the United States after World War II, are a popular form of public transport all around Manila and the rest of the Philippines. The illustration in Figure 9-1 depicts a colorful vibrant scene that can be seen in many places. The decision to phase the jeepneys out could be seen as a metaphor for the country moving on from its colonial past.
