Organizational Impact and Corporate Culture

Jerry Schaufeld

Chapter Chapter 5 in Commercializing Growth, 2021, pp 43-49 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Of all the parts of a plan for growth that has impact on the commercial outcomes is the organizational model. How well the individual players (functions) interact to form a coherent outcome is the measure of the model’s effectiveness. Someone once likened this to an orchestra whereas the different voices combine to a synergistic outcome. That may be a bit of a stretch, but the concept is valid.
