Abstract: Abstract Scott Tew serves as vice president of sustainability and co-founder of the Center for Energy Efficiency and Sustainability (CEES) at Trane Technologies. Trane Technologies manufactures heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and building management systems with almost 40,000 employees globally and $12.5 billion in revenue as of year-end 2020. He is responsible for forward-looking sustainability initiatives to transition to more efficient and climate-friendly solutions and minimize resource use within company facilities. His recent leadership includes introducing the company’s comprehensive 2030 sustainability targets and launching the largest customer-facing corporate commitment to combat climate change with the Gigaton Challenge.
