Chapter Chapter 10 in The Startup Players Handbook, 2023, pp 359-406 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Sales is critical for any organization to survive. The revenue generated from selling products is raising capital from the most important source: customers. Paying customers validate our existence and provide non-dilutive income. Sales don’t just happen on their own, though. They require someone to help potential customers (leads) see our vision and value and hopefully convert them into evangelists for our mission.
