Balancing Digital Transformation with Ethical Values
Attul Sehgal
Chapter Chapter 9 in Demystifying Digital Transformation, 2024, pp 335-384 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Over the previous chapters, we have looked at how digital transformation has rewritten the rules of how we conduct ourselves in business and in our daily lives. We have discussed the power of data and how data mining and algorithms can help us retrieve, process, predict, and prescribe to help us stay ahead. How social media can help consumers hit back at traditional big brand through building their own following and how building digital platforms has allowed new companies to create new business opportunities to established market places.
