Saiteja Chatrati

Chapter Chapter 2 in Salesforce Field Service, 2023, pp 23-31 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In the previous chapter, you learned why Salesforce Field Service is important to your business and how to enable it. In this chapter, we will cover the objects and data model in Salesforce Field Service. Salesforce Field Service involves multiple objects that are interdependent with each other. Once you enable Field Service, you should be able to access these core objects. With the help of a data model, you will understand how these objects are interlinked with each other.
