Chapter Chapter 10 in Multivariate Analysis of Ecological Data with ade4, 2018, pp 205-222 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter is dedicated to the analysis of the changes in species-environment relationships, through the analysis of a series of pairs of tables. Each pair is made of one species table and one environmental variables table. The rows of both tables are identical and correspond to the samples where measures were made. The series of tables comes from the repetition of these two tables at several occasions. Three methods are compared in the chapter: Between-Class Coinertia Analysis, STATICO and COSTATIS.
