Abstract: Abstract The fiqh idea of al-Qardh (loan) are: Hanafi School Ibn Abidin- “what one party gives to the other to be returned in its own kind.” Maliki School-“Payment of valuables for repayment not different in kind.” Hanbalis School-“Payment of money to someone who will benefit it by it and return its equivalent.” Shafi’is School- “transferring the ownership of something to someone, provided he should repay its like”.
