Abstract:
Abstract The Chapter focuses on a certain type of transaction discussed by old Muslim jurists and different opinions with variable justifications and reasoning have been arisen on. That is Bay’ Al-’Inah”. Therefore, I will offer a comparative view and assessment about it, and then analyze the applications possible when implementing this kind of transaction into an active banking system.
