A chapter in New Trends in Computational Vision and Bio-inspired Computing, 2020, pp 1309-1315 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Two dimensional tiling of the plane are constructed using a distributed computing model, namely Tile Pasting P System (TPPS) where rules are used to glue the tiles together in a hierarchically arranged membrane regions. The present study focuses on the generation of Homeogonal family of tiling with the bio inspired computing model TPPS.
