A chapter in Leadership in Statistics and Data Science, 2021, pp 211-218 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Establishing and maintaining student pipelines is an important and challenging endeavor. We discuss how to create an inclusive environment, make connections to build pipelines, and provide continuing maintenance. The emphasis is on pipelines between undergraduate and graduate programs; however, analogous strategies can be employed between high schools and undergraduate programs.
