Chapter 7 in Business Analysis and Design, 2021, pp 105-121 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter we look closely at the problem-setting stage of design work. We consider how to establish the nature of a problem situation, in terms of which the task of design will be undertaken. For this we need the idea of stakeholders and worldviews expressed in a rich picture.
