Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we analyze two systems, which are modern application of socially oriented economic and management systems. The first one is Yugoslav self-management system and the second is the Nordic economic system. Yugoslav system does not exist today anymore. This chapter analyzes the benefits of that system and how it was destroyed. The Nordic system still exists. This chapter analyzes the strength and weakness of that system and how it was developed.
