Chapter Chapter 13 in Analyzing Narratives in Social Networks, 2021, pp 215-221 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter suggests that Martingale, or M-Diagrams, can be used as a simple method for comparing clocks. M-Diagrams allow for clock comparison by finding the point at which clocks begin to deviate from one another. This method also works on functions that are more complicated than clocks, such as the always-increasing centrality functions. This chapter presents a technical description of how to use M-Diagrams in order to compare clocks.
