Abstract Knowledge is a key asset for any organization and knowledge sharingKnowledge sharing represents the best strategy both for creating more knowledge and for applying that existing to improving efficiency and adding value to the business. However, knowledge is also power and its sharing becomes correspondingly difficult as a direct result reflected in the many barriers and walls that require overcoming.
