Abstract: Abstract Broadly speaking, this book is about distributed work and human well-being, and it brings together a number of studies that we have undertaken over the last decade or so in this area. In this chapter, in addition to offering an integrative summary of our findings, we have taken the liberty to conclude the book with a section that we had not originally planned for.
