Chapter Chapter 26 in Executive Education after the Pandemic, 2022, pp 257-264 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract We must accept that executive education today can mean different things to different people. Companies as well are not spared from the diverse interpretation that these two words, “executive” and “education” yield. In this paper, I will address the term “executive education” as follows: Executive education is a tool for businesses to use to grow, nurture and inspire top leadership talent combining new knowledge and skills so their executives can gain new perspectives, cultivate accountability and ownership in order to achieve growth and continuity for the company.
