Abstract: Abstract Simulation-based teaching is an emerging type of teaching in entrepreneurship education. This type of teaching lets teachers ensure that students have learned specific skills. Entrepreneurial skills are among the most complex skills to be taught as they are dedicated to entrepreneurs. Many entrepreneurs are not willing to register for typical academic degrees; instead, they prefer shorter courses. In this chapter, the authors investigate the impact of simulation-based teaching on improving 227 MBA or DBA students’ entrepreneurial skills at the University of Tehran. Findings revealed that simulation-based teaching, which is focused on technical, communication, and cognitive skills, increases students’ entrepreneurial skills. Besides, an innovative atmosphere mediates this relationship positively and could help the students improve their entrepreneurial skills.
