Abstract:
Abstract Structuring a M&A deal can be quite challenging because of the various factors to take into consideration: financing means, corporate control, business plan, markets conditions, antitrust laws, etc. Meanwhile, asset purchase and stock purchase are the most commonly used. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages to cope with.
