Abstract: Abstract Collaborative Storytelling is a theory of social and cultural change. The theory itself advocates for space and time to reflect on social identities and embodied lived experiences through stories. In this chapter, we introduce how metaphors, narratives and stories powerfully impact organisational change in exclusive or inclusive ways.
