Chapter Chapter 3 in Patriarchal Hierarchy, 2022, pp 69-136 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract To better frame this discussion, I introduce the following institutional categories at the outset. These categories include: 1) Explicit Formal, 2) Explicit Socio-structural, 3) Implicit Formal, and 4) Embodied or Implicit Socio-structural.
