Abstract: Abstract Diversity is paramount, particularly when it comes to aiming for good results. A multi-lens perspective tends to bring out the best in us, whether it is in our education, our jobs, in our research, or when pursuing interests and passions such as sports activities and collecting art. To actively pursue contra-points, to build on positive interactions between contra-points, to recognize that there seldom is “one best way”, is important.
