Abstract This chapter proposes an overall framework that links the topics discussed in all the previous chapters. The role of digitization in supporting the healthcare revolution toward patient centricity is highlighted by its potential to boost value provided to patients, experience of care, multidirectional collaboration, and patients’ wellbeing.
