Chapter 5 in Learning Transformational Leadership, 2023, pp 75-83 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this chapter, we will present the results from the pre-investigations. The first part of the chapter presents the objective finding of the leadership style test MLQ 5x (Bass & Avolio, Multifactor leadership questionnaire: MLQ; manual and sampler set. Mind Garden, 2004) and LS. The second part of the chapter presents the subjective results from the interviews. This procedure is for both the intervention and the control group.
