Abstract: Abstract The paper aims to study best practices and identify features of digital models of agricultural development in developed and developing countries. To achieve the research goal, the authors apply regression analysis to determine the impact of digitalization factors on the results achieved in the implementation of SDG 2 in the world’s leading agricultural economies in 2021. The authors compile econometric models and identify prospects for digital agriculture in developed and developing countries. As a result, the peculiarities of digital models of agricultural development among categories of countries were identified. The contribution of this research to the literature lies in the clarification of the differences in the models of digital agricultural development among the categories of countries and the justification of the need to study them separately. The practical significance of the results and conclusions is that the disclosed nature and strength of the influence of digital factors on agriculture can improve the efficiency of managing these factors. This research strengthens the scientific and methodological support for food security and the practical implementation of SDG 2.
