Chapter Chapter 14 in Reshetnyak's Theory of Subharmonic Metrics, 2023, pp 341-372 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract It is well-known that every sufficiently regular surface possesses local isothermal coordinates about every one of its points. Recently, several authors—amongst whom, most notably Wintner [17] and [18], Chern–Hartman–Wintner [6], and Reshetnyak [14] (Chap. 5 )—have sought to determine the weakest possible conditions under which the existence of such coordinate systems may be proven.
