Abstract: Abstract Determining the likely innovation potential of any invention does not required extensive knowledge or analysis of fields of practice. Instead, assess the quality of the inventor’s documented efforts to verify feasibility, novelty and utility within the competitive commercial context, prior to having initiated their RorD projects.
