Abstract:
Abstract In the previous chapters, we have seen that there is a large variety of indices of tree (im)balance proposed and used in the literature. Similarly, there exists a multitude of software packages for calculating those measures. In fact, there currently exist at least 17 different packages that allow for the calculation of some of the (im)balance indices and tree shape statistics discussed in previous chapters.
