A chapter in Agenda 2030 and its Sustainable Development Goals, 2025, pp 95-107 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Coca-Cola is a prominent company in the beverage industry, recognised for its well-known drinks and global presence. The company has been involved in sustainability initiatives, including efforts related to SDG 6, which focuses on ensuring access to water and sanitation for all people. Given that water is a crucial resource for Coca-Cola, both as an ingredient and in its manufacturing processes, the company has acknowledged the need to conserve and protect it. Consequently, Coca-Cola has introduced various initiatives aimed at water preservation and improving access to clean water in communities around the world. This chapter will outline Coca-Cola’s efforts to achieve SDG 6.
