Albin Spinner ()

Chapter Chapter 5 in The Financial Metaverse, 2024, pp 145-198 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In linguisticLinguistic, motivationMotivation refers to the reliability of a message. For example, writing has lower motivation than film and television. This is particularly striking when it comes to journalism. Newspapers tend to have far less impact than televised news, as we wrongly consider that the camera does not lie. We mistakenly take footage as evidence of our own eyes whereas the events are mediated by the camera of journalists.
