Chapter Chapter 7 in Driving Digital Transformation in Developing Nations, 2024, pp 99-112 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter compares the ways countries adapt national digital transformation strategies to advance economic development goals. While national ambitions and goals for pursuing digital transformation may vary, key foundations and dynamics are shared. They present a rich learning agenda. Lessons of experience are distilled from pioneering countries for policymakers and business leaders, and for educators and researchers to develop diagnostic tools and conceptual frameworks to advance the nascent discipline of digital transformation. Singapore strategy has evolved over time, and recently included an artificial intelligence strategy.
