Chapter Chapter 19 in Ecological Economics and Finance, 2025, pp 181-190 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In September 2023, only 15% of the SDGs have been achieved, and there is a shortfall of between $5,400 and $6,400 billion a year to meet the 2030 Agenda. This chapter looks at the different financing vehicles, then focuses on social impact bonds. It presents the financial set-up and examines the measurement techniques used to assess the impact of sustainable finance.
