Token-Based Economies in Decentralized Societies
Felix Hildebrandt ()
A chapter in Tokenizing the Future, 2025, pp 245-265 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract As blockchain heralds a digital renaissance, decentralized accounts become the centerpieces of our online interactions. This shift is making the development of token-based economies and social spheres increasingly important. This paper will explain the foundational principles of decentralized societies, their integration dynamics, and the embedment of identity-related tokens. Within the analysis, user data guidelines will be defined to foster consensual interactions.
