Abstract:
Abstract In the following paper, the topic of economics within the metaverse is explained, exploring its evolution and transformative impact. The metaverse emerges from the progression of the internet, traversing Web 1.0 to Web 3.0, with distinct characteristics at each phase. From the one-way information flow of Web 1.0 to the interactive user-generated content of Web 2.0, culminating in the decentralized and blockchain-driven Web 3.0, the metaverse represents a fusion of virtual and real worlds. Its development unfolds through four stages: budding, growth, acceleration, and maturity, signifying advancements in technology and societal impact.
