Abstract: Abstract This chapter covers a wide range of economic and policy topics that do not neatly fit into the previous chapters, but are important in the lives of Black Americans. But underlying all these topics covered is how there are disparate impacts of policy that may not be intended to harm Black Americans, but unfortunately do.
