Abstract Climate change poses one of the most significant challenges to businesses in the twenty-first century. As climate-induced disasters become more frequent and severe, businesses must adopt comprehensive strategies to both adapt to and mitigate the effects of climate change. This first chapter of Part VI, Addressing Challenges and Future Trends in Sustainability Business Management, explores the multifaceted aspects of climate change risk management and the forthcoming challenges that businesses will face. It delves into the integration of resilience into business infrastructure through technological innovations, policy adjustments, and community engagement.
