Chapter Chapter 5 in The Risk of Artificial Intelligence in Credit Ratings, 2025, pp 87-93 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The book reaches the point of providing reasonable recommendations for the regulatory framework as it increasingly faces the challenge of a credit rating sector rapidly adopting AI technologies. Recommendations are presented at the supra-national, regional, national and community levels so that the framework is as relevant as it can be.
