Abstract: Abstract The introductory chapter outlines the background for this essay, presents key literature, and some statistics over the development of immigrant entrepreneurship in Sweden over time, as well as providing a rationale for the study. Moreover, the aim and research questions are explicitly formulated. The introductory chapter ends with a roadmap.
