Chapter Chapter 11 in Harnessing the Entrepreneurial Paradox, 2026, pp 175-191 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Entrepreneurial life is often characterised by a relentless emphasis on action: the imperative to move fast, seize opportunities, and outpace competitors. Yet untempered action risks leading to impulsivity, strategic blindness, and exhaustion. Reflection—the capacity to pause, to think critically, to learn from experience—is equally vital.
