Abstract: Abstract Innovation relies on employee creativity, which is now a strategic priority in Human Resource Management. This chapter explores how knowledge-sharing behaviors such as communication, listening, and collaboration foster creativity through social and emotional interactions at work. Using Affective Events Theory as a foundation, it highlights how emotionally intelligent early-career professionals transform daily exchanges into meaningful sources of creative insight. Developed through an interdisciplinary review spanning emotional intelligence, organizational behavior, and innovation research, the chapter introduces a conceptual model explaining how emotional intelligence amplifies the link between knowledge sharing and creativity. The discussion positions young professionals as vital contributors to organizational innovation and offers practical guidance for HR leaders seeking to build emotionally intelligent and creative workplaces. While conceptual in nature, this work encourages empirical validation across industries and cultural settings to advance understanding of how emotions and knowledge sharing drive creativity in modern organizations.
