Chapter 3 in Investor Relations Strategy, 2026, pp 31-64 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Investor Relations strategy defines how a company positions itself in the competition for capital. Capital providers allocate resources comparatively, across jurisdictions, asset classes, and business models, assessing not only financial performance but credibility, consistency, and confidence in management’s ability to deliver on their stated ambitions over time. IR strategy determines how consistently those assessments are shaped, reinforced, and protected across market cycles.
