Abstract:
Abstract General relativity is one of the most revolutionary and original physical theories ever proposed. In this framework, the Newtonian gravitational force disappears, and gravitation is described by a Riemannian metric in spacetime, while the principle of inertia is reformulated as the geodesic principle. Experimental observations are in excellent agreement with theoretical predictions.
