Chapter 11 in ChatGPT for Math, 2026, pp 127-139 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Every mathematical paper contains a bibliography or list of references. Many books also contain an index. These tools serve the reader, but preparing them can be tedious. ChatGPT can accelerate both tasks. In this chapter, I describe workflows for generating bibliographic data, for cleaning bibliographic data, and for searching the mathematical literature. I also describe workflows for correcting and completing BibTE X entries.
