Abstract: Abstract The final chapter advocates for moving beyond WEIRD (Western, Educated, Industrialized, Rich, Democratic) samples to embrace non-Western cultural zones and local knowledge. It emphasizes the strategic value of social harmony, debate, and self-assertiveness in global contexts, as well as the mastery of bricolage and jugaad for inclusive growth. The authors provide a candid look at destructive entrepreneurship, driven by Dark Triad traits and moral disengagement through various cognitive loci. The chapter also explores the intersectional frontier, where entrepreneurs use cognitive carve-outs to overcome overlapping stigmas and structural constraints. Future venturing is increasingly defined by the triple bottom line—preserving nature, life support, and community alongside economic viability. Finally, it examines the “digital engine,” in which crowd-based innovation and digital scaffolding (AI, IoT, and blockchain) enable compassion venturing at scale amid global poly-crises. These tools transform solitary profit engines into mission-driven vehicles that deliver enduring value to humanity.
