Abstract:
Abstract The work I’ll discuss today is part of a larger program carried out in collaboration with Feldman, Knörrer, Lehmann, Magnen, Rivasseau, Salmhofer and Sinclair. The parenthesized term, “Renormalization Group” in the title refers to a technique for analyzing phenomena that are characterized by an intrinsic, infinite hierarchy of different energy or length scales. Superconductivity is a phenomenon of this kind.
