Abstract: Abstract We shall discuss here the uniqueness of solution of the Dirichlet problem $$ - \Updelta u = f(u) + \rho h(x)\quad {\text{in}}\,\Upomega , {\text{ u = 0}}\quad {\text{on }}\partial \Upomega , $$ for large values of the real parameter $$ \rho $$ .
