Chapter Chapter 18 in Functional Analysis and Applied Optimization in Banach Spaces, 2014, pp 447-464 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In chapter 18 we develop dual variational formulations for a more general class of non-convex multi-well variational models. Such models appear in similar form in phase transition and related problems. We also address problems of conductivity in composites and optimal design and control in elasticity.
